About Kent Bray Counselling and Mentoring
Meet my Chief Operating Officer - Jonesey.
My right-hand dog, and purveyor of comfort, friendship, loyalty, strength, love, resilience, and affection.

Why did I become a counsellor and mentor?
I've had a life full of experiences, highlights, and lowlights. My journey has taken me from representing Australia in rugby and practising Law, to playing for Harlequins in London and enjoying a successful City career in finance. However, it was my own dark and traumatic experience with drug addiction that led me to a profound healing and recovery process, transforming the trajectory of my life in ways I can hardly express but am incredibly thankful for.
Now, as a qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Counselling Diploma, my life purpose is to extend a helping hand to those in need. I also love spending precious moments with my two children who I adore so I strive to be the best father to my son and daughter.
If you're struggling with challenges such as addiction, fear, anxiety, abuse, abandonment, loneliness or if you simply need some life guidance and mentorship, at Kent Bray Counselling and Mentoring, I offer a safe and nurturing space to explore your emotions, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth. Together, we will take a holistic journey of self-discovery, empowering you to lead a life that is true to yourself and filled with purpose.
