My approach

As I'm dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives, I’m also passionate about promoting good mental health at public events, via podcasts, and group sessions. As a coach and counsellor, I draw from my experiences of triumphing over personal adversities to advocate for prioritising mental well-being.

Through motivational speaking engagements, I share insights and strategies for enhancing mental resilience, overcoming challenges, and fostering a positive mindset. I also highlight how pressures and challenges within high stress fields can lead to poor choices as coping mechanisms (abusing alcohol, prescription drugs etc.)
